A 3-hour, in-person workshop that gives your team leaders the training they were never given — and the tools to lead with clarity, culture, and confidence.
Athletes are given leadership titles with little to no formal training on how to actually lead.
Team values get discussed but rarely translated into consistent, daily habits under pressure.
Lack of effective communication leads to unresolved conflict, unclear expectations, and breakdown in team dynamics.
Culture drops the moment you leave the room. Leaders hesitate. You become the bad guy instead of the guide.
A structured, hands-on half-day experience that trains your team leaders to lead—without yelling, guessing, or hiding behind excuses.
Learn the what, how, and why of captain-led workout structure. Captains leave knowing how to run a practice with purpose — and the team leaves physically and mentally prepared for pre-season.
Practice the conflict resolution tools your team needs to stay on track. Address effort, attitude, and standards directly — before they become season-ending culture problems.
Zero in on shared values, strengthen bonds, and set the foundation for leaders who own the culture. Athletes leave with a clear understanding of their role, their style, and their standard.
Captains and team leaders who've been given the title but not the training. Athletes stepping into expanded leadership responsibilities who need practical skills, not just motivation.
Coaches who want culture to hold when they leave the room. Programs ready to develop leaders from within their own roster — not just field their best players.
Athletic departments looking for structured, scalable leadership development across multiple programs — not a one-time motivational speaker, but a repeatable system.
Sports don't
teach lessons.
Captains &
Coaches do.
Leaders who are trained and ready to guide their peers — without the coach stepping in.
Improved communication and accountability across the roster from day one of pre-season.
A team culture where excellence is the standard — on and off the field, every single day.
Skills and mindsets that serve athletes long after their playing careers are over.
